A little about me & who I am… Scottish born and bred, for as long as I can remember I’ve had a keen interest in personal change and development.

This may be a result of growing up in a business family, where I learned first-hand the role of mental attitude in business success (or failure.)

I also studied and taught martial arts from a relatively young age where I learned the powerful effect the mind can have on the body and on physical accomplishments… You can’t win a fight in your head, but you can certainly lose a fight in your head.

In my early thirties, I developed crippling anxiety that had a huge impact for almost a decade. Anxiety is hard to see in others and no one (other than my wife) knew how much I was struggling.

I eventually found my solution and made it my mission to find an effective way to help others live a life free from worry, stress, anxiety, phobia, or any other limiting beliefs, behaviours and habits that needlessly get in the way of us living a full and happy life.

I am eternally grateful that I am able to do this work and have had the great fortune to have studied NLP and Hypnotherapy with some of the world’s best, including top celebrity therapist and best-selling authors Ali Campbell, Cheryl and Larry Elman, and multi-award-winning Author and Emotional Intelligence Development Specialist Beryl Comar.

My coaching practice, and working out of a dental practice, has brought me into contact with some incredible people and allowed me to work in a way that fulfills my passion and my purpose – positively impacting the world by guiding people to inner peace, wellbeing, and happiness.

I now look forward to teaching dentists, dental practitioners and their supporting teams in the gentle art of hypnosis in clinical environs, also training consulting hypnotists how they can work in the area of dental and oral health.
